The government has eight months from entry into force, so until mid-October 2026, to adopt the new ordinance on security measures; until it does, the earlier ordinance applies. Check whether it has been adopted before mapping controls.
Standard checklist for all countries

- RESPOND: incident-reporting procedure drilled against the national channel and the 24 h early-warning clock
- Contact established with the national CSIRT before the first incident
- Data protection authority contact and GDPR Art. 33 flow prepared. This runs in parallel with NIS2 reporting
